The Lillis Foundation Response

Our response to Letters of Inquiry may take up to four weeks, depending on time of year. Our busiest periods are April, May and December. Inquiries will receive either an invitation to submit a full proposal or declination of the request.

Our Board meets four times a year, and all grants are approved at one of those meetings. Feel free to contact us for dates for our meetings, and deadlines for submission of proposals.

Grant Reporting

Grant recipients must submit a grant report within three months after the termination of the grant period. We encourage our grantees to use the Colorado Common Grant Reporting Form. Please click the link located to the right on this page, under forms.
